Almost No-Carbs Snacks

Updated: Dec 17, 2019

This awesome list of no carb snacks is here to help satiate you between meals and fuel you throughout the day!

Because one of the easiest ways to derail your low carb meal plan is to get too hungry. And snacks (better yet no carb snacks) are the perfect way to prevent that! Take the “I got too hungry” excuse out of your vocab and munch on these no carb snacks instead.

Use this table of contents to skip to the section you’re looking for:

NEARLY NO CARB SNACKS

There are very few “no carb” foods — which is why this NO CARB snacks list is limited compared to a LOW CARB snacks list. But have no fear, there are plenty of tasty, protein packed options below!

The no carb snacks on this list are based on foods with 1 gram (or less) of net carbs — meaning the fiber minus the total carb count.

For more details of each product, check out the info below this no carb snacks keto chart!

LOW CARB SNACKS TO BUY

Here’s a list of low carb snacks to buy to make your low carb eating plan as easy and delicious as possible!

Pro Tip: A lot of these snacks have a decent shelf life. I like to purchase them in bulk on Amazon or at Costco. This is a great way to cut down on costs and fill your kitchen with no carb snacks — so getting too hungry won’t result in an accidentally splurge!

String Cheese

The perfect grab and go snack! This includes babybel cheeses, string cheese, or any sort of snack pack sized cheese.

Sliced Deli Meat

For a nice punch of protein, grab some sliced deli meat! Be sure to read labels as some products contain added sugar.

One of my favorite grab and go, practically no carb snacks are nut packs. I love the roasted and lightly salted kind. Nutritional info for each type of nut will vary, so check the labels before purchasing.

These cocoa nibs are the perfect no carb snacks to curb your chocolate cravings! I like eating these sprinkled over low carb Greek yogurt or with a handful of nuts (both will add a few carbs to the equation!).

Tuna

Another protein packed snack is tuna! Add some mayo and diced pickles for quick and easy low carb salads.

Pickles

May seem like an odd snack to nibble on, but pickles can be a tasty treat to help tide you over between meals! Wrap some deli meat around one, or dice it up and add it to a can of tuna. Read the label before grabbing yourself a jar.

Don’t knock ’em till you try ’em — I used to avoid pork rinds at all costs until I stumbled on Epic Pork Rinds. Significantly better than those convenient store bags!

I wrote an entire article dedicated to low carb beef jerky because I love it so, but it can be hard to find! Most jerkies are loaded with sugar and carbs. Read the labels to be sure the product you grab isn’t, or check out my guide to help steer you in the right direction!

Green Olives

Another tasty treat. I love eating olives with some cheese for a little extra protein.

Meat sticks are another product that often contain added carbs. Duke’s is my favorite as far as no carb snacks go. They come in a ton of delicious flavors, plus they aren’t dry (often no sugar added meat sticks are dry and bland)!

If you don’t have time to make your own cheese crisps, grab a bag of Whisps at the store! Costco often sells them, or you can grab a variety pack on Amazon for easy, low carb packaged snacks!
